HFH has qualified and experienced Biokineticists who provide exercise therapy to treat and manage various injuries, Pre- and post operatives cases, and chronic conditions. Prior to the Biokinetics treatments process, each patient goes through a thorough Biokinetics evaluation. This is essential as it guides the best possible treatment for each patient.

Gino Alho Biokineticists provide a broad variety of treatments and services to exceed each patients needs. We have access to a fully equipped gym and indoor heated swimming pool to provide both landed based treatment and hydrotherapy treatment. In addition, the practice is also fortunate to have sophisticated pieces of equipment to objectively assess and treat our patients.
