We are trained in conducting various medical aid health and wellness assessments that are offered with specific schemes i.e., Discovery Vitality, BestMed Tempo.
These evaluations are generally offered to each person once or twice a year. Medical aids offer rewards and points for taking part in the evaluations and for the results achieved.
Our practice is registered to conduct the Discovery Vitality Fitness assessment which involves the following components:
- Health screening
- Blood pressure measurement
- BMI Assessment
- Waist circumference measurement
- Muscle strength and mobility assessment
- Cardiovascular fitness assessment
Our practice is registered to conduct both the BestMed Tempo Health & Fitness assessments. The health assessment involves the following components:
- The Bestmed Tempo lifestyle questionnaire
- Blood pressure check
- Cholesterol check
- Glucose check
- Height, weight and waist circumference check
