This involves a thorough assessment of various injuries or conditions of the muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints and bones that you may be struggling with. The evaluation process is specific to you and your unique complaint. As a result, we can get down to the root cause of your problem.
Remember that no one injury is the same for each person. We assess your posture, muscle strength, and joint range of motion (flexibility and mobility), and often perform a functional movement video analysis to provide a movement diagnosis.
We can identify movement dysfunctions which may be contributing to your pain and can even increase your risk of injury. Your medical history and evaluation findings help to guide your treatment process going forward.
Periodic evaluations (every 2-3 months) are essential so that we can track your progress. Improvements and achieving your treatment goals provide great motivation going forward.
